Direct support to RescueHero is available.

Donations made through Help Us Go Global are direct, unrestricted donations to MTÜ RescueHero. They support RescueHero's global expansion and the organizational, technology, infrastructure, compliance, and operational capacity needed to pursue its animal-welfare mission. Donations are not earmarked for a specific country, rescuer, project, feature, or spending category, and RescueHero determines how they are used in furtherance of its statutory mission. Payment-processing fees may reduce the net amount available to RescueHero.

Your donation is completed on Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe will process payment and related personal data, and RescueHero will receive the transaction information needed to administer your donation. Read our Privacy Notice before continuing.

Donation terms

Help Us Go Global donations are made directly to MTÜ RescueHero and are separate from donations made through the RescueHero platform to individual rescuers or organizations.

Your donation is an unrestricted organizational donation. It supports RescueHero's mission to expand its global reach and may be used for activities such as country expansion, technology and infrastructure, verification and onboarding capability, compliance and payment-provider readiness, operational readiness, and the organizational capacity required to develop and operate RescueHero globally.

Donations are not legally earmarked for a specific country, rescuer, project, feature, or spending category. RescueHero retains responsibility for determining how donated funds are used in furtherance of its statutory mission. Payment-processing fees charged by payment providers may reduce the net amount available to RescueHero. No separate RescueHero platform fee applies to these direct organizational donations.

A donation does not purchase goods, services, ownership or equity, membership or governance rights, or control over the allocation of RescueHero's funds. Any supporter badge or acknowledgement associated with the donation is symbolic recognition only and has no monetary or redemption value.

Completed donations are generally final. RescueHero may consider refund requests involving duplicate or erroneous payments, suspected unauthorized payments, or other exceptional circumstances, and will provide refunds where required by applicable law. Failed, cancelled, reversed, disputed, or charged-back payments may result in RescueHero not receiving or retaining the relevant funds. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

If RescueHero's expansion plans, timing, costs, or priorities change, donated funds remain available for RescueHero's statutory mission and organizational capacity. Reaching a campaign milestone, experiencing delays, or spending less than originally anticipated does not by itself create an entitlement to a refund or to any remaining funds.

RescueHero does not represent that donations are tax-deductible in the donor's jurisdiction. Tax treatment depends on the donor's individual circumstances and applicable local law.
